Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine combines R&B, soul gospel and jazz in his distinctive style. From Broadway to European clubs and festivals, the singer has done work across the globe. Sunshine Her real name was Denise White. While she's based in Atlanta however, her roots lie in Chester Pennsylvania. There she first began to develop the musical profession by performing and singing at the church. In Atlanta, she attended Spellman College where her musical education began in the Atlanta's R&B Scene. Sunshine was the subject of national media attention due to her several performances throughout the Democratic National Convention in 2008. Sunshine was invited to perform at the inauguration of President Obama in 2009.
