Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actress who is best famous for her performances in the television shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has demonstrated her acting versatility by providing outstanding performances on television series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. Her performance on Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the first one to catch her notice. The film was her role in the role of Fannie Lou (a feminist activist for women's rights) within the biography All the Way film that made her famous as an actor.
